The webshop requires that you first create a user. If you have been a customer with us, we will tie you as a contact to that customer number. Each customer number may have many contacts.

The user must enter a unique email address, as well as first name + last name and a password you choose freely. Thus, several people in a company can not specify e.g. info@company.com.
